Mr. Enriquez has solid record and expertise in public law, litigation, international and commercial arbitration, as well as in the advisory and operation of large investment projects in the maritime-port, extractive and agroindustrial sectors. He worked at Sodi y Asociados, S.C. and Gallástegui y Lozano, S.C. (now DLA Piper), having been founding partner of Enríquez Abogados, S.C. He has held executive positions as President of the International Division of Vulcan Materials Company, Vicepresident of Calizas Industriales del Carmen, Board Member of the Mexican Association of Port Operators (ATOP), as well as Founding Vicepresident of the Mexican Association of Maritime Arbitration (AMEXAM). His professional experience includes having served as officer in the Mexican Navy, Office of the Judge Advocate General. She has specialised in maritime law and national security matters, having worked in the Federal Finance and Health Secretariats, PEMEX and the President’s General Counsel Office, as well as in the law firms Junquera Sepúlveda y Asociados and J.W. Pinedo y Asociados. Additionally, she is the Founding President of the Mexican Association of Maritime Arbitration (AMEXAM). Mrs. Hernández-Del Valle has lectured International Law and Maritime Law at CESNAV and Universidad Panamericana; additionally, she coordinates the Maritime Law Diploma at ITAM and is a researcher of the Navy’s Strategic Studies Institute. She has published several articles and essays, including the most recent “Maritime commerce and national and global economic growth” in the collective work “Mexico and the Sea, Relevance of the National Maritime Power”. Mrs. Hernández-Del Valle has ample experience in maritime and port law, administrative law, data protection and national security affairs. She is member of the Mexican Bar Association, as well as of the International Bar Association (IBA).

He has worked professionally in the litigation area for the law firm “Chalela y Enriquez, S.C.”; as well as for OTIS Elevator Company and Telefónica Movistar, in lease management. In public service, he held posts in Mexico City’s Attorney-General Office, the Federal Attorney-General for Labour Office and the Ministry of Health. Mr. Calva has ample experience in labour matters, both individual and collective, as well as in corporate and contractual counseling. Additionally, he is an Official Authorised Mediator of Mexico City’s High Court, as well as founding member of the National Collegiate Body of Private Mediators.
